Pick the one you want to try
Browse the catalogue, pick a model, and book the trial. We need a delivery address and a card. The card is charged the trial fee at booking, and a hold equal to the full putter RRP is placed on it as security. The hold is not a charge — it's released when you send the putter back.
The putter shows up
The putter is sourced fresh from the relevant retail partner — not a beat-up demo unit. Tracked courier, one to three working days. We'll email you when it ships, and again when it's delivered. Day one of the fourteen-day window starts the day it lands at your door.
You play the putter
Put it in the bag. Take it to the practice green, take it to your Saturday round, take it to a comp if you want. Fourteen days is long enough to get past the new-putter honeymoon and find out whether it actually fits your stroke.
You decide: buy, swap, or send it back
Three outcomes, all on you. Buy: we charge the balance to your card (RRP minus the $100 trial fee you've already paid) and the putter's yours. Swap: pay $30 and the next model is on its way before this one's collected. Return: send it back and we release the card hold. The trial fee covers the trial.
